The Union of European Academies for Science Applied to Agriculture, Food and Nature (UEAA) welcomes the progress of the European Commission in evaluating the New Genomic Techniques (NGTs). The UEAA has submitted its response to the questionnaire of this Public Consultation “on plants produced by certain new genomic techniques” giving its views on the way these plants products should be regulated (7 July 2022).
